Appointments are subject to availability. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee that a particular date or time will remain available until the appointment is confirmed by Crystal Eye Auto.

Booking Payment
A ₹99 booking amount may be collected through our online payment system to process and confirm an appointment.
Successful payment is required for an online booking to be treated as confirmed, subject to appointment availability and communication from Crystal Eye Auto.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. Crystal Eye Auto is not responsible for delays or communication problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Service Inspection
The final condition of a vehicle or headlight can vary depending on its age, previous repairs, physical damage, internal condition, material condition, and other factors.
Before starting any additional or chargeable work, Crystal Eye Auto may inspect the vehicle or component and discuss the applicable service requirements with the customer.
Service Results
Service results may vary depending on the existing condition of the vehicle or component. No service should be interpreted as guaranteeing restoration of a damaged part to a completely new or factory-original condition unless specifically agreed in writing.
Pricing
Prices for services may vary according to the vehicle model, condition, service selected, and work required. Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible before additional work is started.
Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact Crystal Eye Auto as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
